BodySoulBeautiful was born from a lifelong love for movement, creativity, and self-expression. From an early age, Lauren and Uriel were drawn to the arts—singing, drawing, journaling, and most of all, dancing. It was never just about technique or performance; it was about feeling alive, connected, and free.
For generations, dance has always been more than steps: it’s a language, a release, and a reminder that we are fully present in our bodies. It’s the rhythm that grounds us, the movement that heals us, and the flow that aligns us. Like holistic wellness, dance is about balance. It's between strength and surrender, discipline and freedom, energy and rest.
This space is a way to share that passion. Through dance, mindful living, and holistic wellness, BodySoulBeautiful aims to inspire movement with purpose, a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom, and joy in every step. Because when you move in harmony with yourself, you’re not just dancing—you’re living the art of happiness.
Lauren is a Senior Research Nurse for Neuro-Oncology with a deep passion for skincare, health, and holistic wellness. She developed a strong belief in the importance of self-love, healing, and caring for the body from the inside out.
With a background in performing and dancing, Lauren has always found freedom and confidence through movement. Inspired by icons like Britney Spears, dance has been her creative outlet and form of self-expression for years. It continues to be a powerful part of her personal journey.
